It is believed that learning motivations do not come from schools or colleges alone but mostly from a sense of discipline. In my opinion, I completely agree with this statement.
First, it is personal discipline which truly push yourselves into studying. Learning is a long-term and compulsory stage that one must be through if they want to achieve success in life. However, this stage is often disheartening and exhausting. That is when discipline comes into use. Self-disciplinary people know how to prevent themselves from giving up and getting out; instead, they force themselves into a non-stop schedule, leaving no space for excuses. Only by following this route do they finally attempt to achieve what they want and succeed. This not only counts for learning but also working and living.
Second, schools and colleges are only places where students go to to gain knowledge, not to find inspiration primarily. Teachers and lecturers are not able to create pressure on students so that they can study effectively. Without discipline, many pupils will find ways to get good grades without studying. The fact is that, even in the best school, with the best teachers, a number of students cannot learn efficiently due to a serious lack of self-discipline.
In conclusion, educational sites cannot be to wholly blame if the students are unable to improve their academy. More importantly, each learner should find a way to establish a sense of personal discipline.
