Even the permanent resident can not afford a new home because of the high prices. Moreover, it will also lead to increase the crime rate. Since these big cities are attract the robber as well. In addition to that, health system will also get affected in these areas. Individual needs to wait in long queue even for the emergency situations. Since there are not enough doctor to deal with pupils.

There can be numerous way to deal with this, firstly, city administration need the construction of the new homes and there should be a huge rental apartment building. Proper law enforcement should always remain on alert if something bad happens. There is also need to hire more doctor if possible migrate from the other under-developing countries.

To summarise, there are always some pros and cons related to big cities. We can optimise our current process in order to deal with drawback of the cities.
