Nowadays,in the modern world,people seem to ignore the beauty of some historical sites and just focus on the state-of-the-art things.Almost the locals do not really care about historical tourist attraction in their home town.The reasons and solutions for this issues will be given below in this essay.
So as to catch up with the fast-paced era,people forget about the historical values and some destinations related to this.Numerous areas of amusement spring up and multitude of skyscapers are built which is much more attractive to citizens and obviously make some historical sites boring.Besides,the local residents often find useless and time-consuming to visit these kinds of places as they are not instilled a sense of patriotism and grateful to forefather’s contributions.They consider the historic highlights as something that related to the past and there is no point in their preserving these obsolete values.Some historical sites in Hanoi are just only visited by tourists or foreigners with the aim at exploring new places or taking photos as well as finding out more about historic highlights,not the local people.
From these matter,a lot of changes have been made to attract more local visitors.The entrance fees for local people need to be discounted compared to other type of tourists to draw more their attention to museums.Besides,the education centres should focus on making students more intersting with history at school .Take an example of my school,it often organize a trip annually to the museums or historic heritage,so that students will have a sense of patriotism and raise their awareness of the value of forefather’s contributions and they can be interested in some historical sites later.
Generally,the reason for local people not going to museums or historic sites can be come from the lack of their awareness in the historic value.In order to avoid this matter,we need to make some changes in the entrance fees and the way we teach history for student at school
