Many individuals mention that staying with families is better than moving home when they are adults. This essay provides the cons and pros of remaining and leaving home in terms of expense and mental health issues.
The proponents claim that a majority of adults are convinced to leave home to spend time with their family in the future and turn back a privacy space to parents. One of the most significant reasons is individuals’ lives that individuals should have self-learning and have responsibilities in their life such as household expenditures. Also, they should not be a bother to their parents in terms of electricity and water bills. Adults need to learn to rely on themselves because no one can live with them forever. Even though living with families is beneficial for looking after when parents are older.
However, the opponents argue that people should not separate spaces and their families and have their own lives. Some wealthy families have enough money to cover all costs of children. They want to live with their child because they desire to receive care from their daughters and sons. This is a direct result of having many families which have numerous members. There are positives of benefits for the lack of mental health problems of family members, namely depression and alone due to having activities to do together.
From my point of view, I prefer to live with my relatives rather than leaving home because my father has passed away already. Therefore, I would like to look after my mother as best and spend quality time with her.
