With the continual advancement in every field of life, things are going to change with the best version to compete in this ruthless environment. Many consider that it is the company who is responsible for staff training whereas majority believes that it should be the responsibility of the staff to pay expenses for any kind of job-related training. I partly agree with second school of thought but strongly in favor with the first category of people who think, it’s the company who should be the one to pay expenses for any kind of training specifically for staff members.
On one hand, if any new thing is introduced in any company, firstly its important to give training about it to the staff than its for use in the company. For example, if any new equipment is introduced in the office than first of all, staff must be trained about it. So that, they should comfortably use it. Ultimately, it saves company time and money. Secondly, it also worthful for company’s reputation and profit.
While on the other hand, some believes that if any type of training is introduced in any company than it should be paid by staff members as any kind of training is just to facilitate the employees not for employer’s benefit. For example, if any new policy is introduced in any office than firstly, employees are trained about them to avoid any disturbance in the office and staff should be familiar with these new changes and these are not clearly done for company but enhances staff working abilities.
In conclusion, both the views are justifiable but I am strongly agree to this notion that company has to run training for staff members rather than staff have to pay for any kind of office training as these type of trainings are fruitful for company’s reputation and its dignity.
