It has been considered that the some companies required ongoing training and conduct investigation into remain aggressive in a world with fast evolving material and technology. A few believes that it is the responsibility of business to invest for their training and staff. while, others feel it is up to the individuals. Therefore, prior to my decision, both the view points are elaborate in the further paragraphs.
On the one hand, many jobs provides facilities such as provide transport facility quarters and technology. To explain, they give transport facility by Bus because Candidate do to not late for company as well as they provide quarters because some people employees belong to far village and citie. They also give employees own laptops that’s why they sometimes do not come at office while they work from home. Moreover, in job many people on going in training while that time they must learn to trainners such as, how to achieve your goal, as well as how to save your time in money.
On the other hand, in job many benefits are available. Such as they provide training for 3-6 months cause of they collect lots of information, and also properly understand companies provide lots of knowledge. To elaborate, after training they are completed understand how to do your best work, that time company sends any work to candidate that time candidate completely understand for work. Furthermore, many companies provide stipend for trainers because of they are used for up down in our home to company.
To conclusion, and offer my position, I would firmly support the many jobs provided lots of information and provide stipend rather than others can provided transport, quarters, and your own laptop for work.
