Wishing to have more control over the world, many countries have been trying hard to gain a stable economy. In order to accomplish this, some of them are trying to conquer the world with their goods and materials. It seems that there is a conflict between those who presume that every country is to produce more than their consumption. From my perspective, it is enough for them to earn their living and I believe that there are quite a few reasons that can justify my point.
From an environmental point of view, countries should not produce more than needed. Because, the more they produce, the more polluted the environment could get, assuming that there are few eco-friendly ways of material production. A recent research conducted in 2023, shows that many animals and plants are going extinct and suffering because of this high pollution levels.
In addition to that, I believe that just enough goods and materials need to be produced for world population, as some rare-earth materials like tungsten, copper, gold and many more are being used up and not being recycled completely. A study done by experts also can tell the fact if we continue in this way, we will use up some of the precious materials that exist today.
To conclude, from my standpoint, too much goods should not be made because there are many negative impacts on our planet like extinction of flora and fauna and pollution. And I find it necessary to mention we should consider those environmental impacts. Unless we do, we will all pay for it.
