Nowadays, it seems, according to Individuals’ opinion, educational standards have been a noticeable decrease, significantly in the field of literacy and numeracy. In this essay, I am going to shed light on how these issues have been made and how they can resolve them with some solutions. The fundamental problems for this are twofold.
First of all, one of the factors of declining educational standards is the lack of funding and resources in schools, since the education department has never allocated training modern tools, and above all, this organization has paid low incomes to teachers. So, it should not be expected to improve this education system. Moreover, another reduction of educational methods is the curriculum changes during a year by means of tutors or pedagogy which lead to bewildering of students, seeing that this issue has a negative influence on their learning.
In order to removal these problems, every government should consider the function of the education bureau as annual and dedicate a particular budget to some schools via this organization which provide essential state-of-the-art equipment. Also, with the making of more motivation between tutors, this department must pay more salary with special perks. Additionally, considering the sensitive period of students’ education, all authorities should pursue a stable comprehensive schedule along a year, which is determined a significant target for students to avoid irreparable effect on their outcomes.
By way of conclusion, from my perspective, although all problems have been made before like a lack of finance and modern training tools and fast program shift of studying which lead to declining educational standards in schools, certainly there are plenty of solutions to settle them that they should be provide and organize with each government and education department by an accurate management.
