Band 6+: Many people believe that it is easier to have a healthy lifestyle in the countryside. Others believe that there are health benefits of living in cities. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

People have different views as to whether living in the countryside is better as opposed to urban areas. While others argue that living in rural areas is more beneficial for well-being, I believe that urban areas offer convenient facilities to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Proponents of a healthy lifestyle in the countryside cite various reasons to support their stance. In a world where, air pollution rates are increasing, and fresh air becoming valuable resource. Once people live in rural areas, they can breathe fresh air, which makes them more energetic and healthier. As for physical activities, they can also engage in different kind of household chores such as cleaning rooms, washing dishes and even a milking a cow which allows them to stay fit and healthy.

Despite these arguments in favor of keeping a healthy lifestyle in rural areas, in my view this pales in comparison with facilities which provides in urban areas. Regardless of increase rate of air pollution, cities offer a wind range of facilities for those who desires to stay in shape and keep a balanced diet. They may go to the gym, doing pull ups and push ups, eating balanced diet in special cafe or restaurants. Furthermore, in cities there are more well-known influencers encourage people to attend different types of leisurely activities such as meditation, yoga and professional support from psychologies.

In conclusion, in spite of fresh air provides in countryside, I subscribe to the idea that urban areas are more advantageous for leading a healthy lifestyle.
