Most of the time people think that television programs are not suitable for the children. In my opinion, however, I partly disagree with this statement.
There are several reasons why I partly agree with that. First of all, programs should give warning and show age restriction in beforehand. This enables for parent to be aware of the outcume and make desicion accordingly. For example, if the program warns that there is content inapropiate for the children, parents can make their kids to not to watch this show, or if the program puts age restriction card, this can prevent children to see unwanted context in the show. These restriction should be necessary in order to publish succesful programs, and even if they want to make it family friendly they should avoid swearing or violance.
I also partly disagree with that statement, becuase there are programs specifcally made for kids. These programs are usually made for teaching children in the simple cartoonish way. That is why, for the most of the time they are aired in children exclusive channels. This enables for children to learn more about the world, and it teachs them lots of things that parents struggle to teach, but these shows can do it much easier and more fun. The most known example is Mr. Maker. This show teachs kids to be more creative and it does it in fun way so the children will not get bored while watching.
So in conclusion, television programs are valuable for children under parental control, and cannot be discriminated just because of the shows made for adults rather than children. There are programs for children as well and it can help parents to educate children while having fun.
