Whether to appreciate a display directly or through a screen is a matter of personal preference. I myself advocate the idea of enjoying a live act on account of the ease it brings and introverted appeal.
Granted that it is more favourable to engage in activities with like-minded people, creating a shared atmosphere of enthusiasm and excitement. For many, the thrill of being part of a crowd, singing along, and sharing spontaneous moments with fellow attendees amplifies the enjoyment of the performance. However, the situation does not resonate with every spectator, particularly individuals who identify as introverted. Those are the ones who would find consolation in spending their time alone. Therefore, a crowded place such as a concert would be oppressive, making such a sensational feeling into a horrible memory.
To add further credence to my assertion, the soothing atmosphere that homes provide is another factor worth consideration. Lying on the sofa or the bed with your favourite snacks and drinks while attending a play is by far the greatest comfort. Critics would argue that watching a live performance with compatible friends, joining the crowd with fan chats will surpass the relaxation of seeing it on television. However, it should be borne in mind that one may have to spend exorbitantly to get a front-row view; otherwise, they have to see their idols through a screen at that concert. Either way, the outcomes remain unchanged.
In essence, experiencing a live show or catching a live airing has its pros and cons;, it is the person who views the performance that holds the key role. Personally, I would rather tune into a broadcast for the sake of comfort.
