In many individual’s perception, a leader needs to be an extrovert person as of their public speaking and social skills.However,I partly agree with regards to the statement as introverts who are creative as well as deep-thinker can be good leaders.
Evidently, extroverts are socially active ,can easily communicate with large gatherings which can be little difficult for a person who is socially isolated.For this reason, while leading others, they are more confident and at ease while dealing with public pressure.This can be understandable by the example of American president Donald Trump who usually appears in corporate parties ,handled war like situation effectively.Therefore, it is convenient to say that the world leaders should be ones who are confident, and good at public-speaking.
On the other hand, being a leader should posses certain traits that are usually found in an introvert person that are creativity, self-awareness ,independent and less impulsive.Because isolated beings not like to interact too much with others, they found themselves immersed within their own thoughts.Furthermore, introverts do not react immediately to situation rather take a deep grasp of the4 situation to avoid impulsive decision making, whereas, extroverts tend to act immediately.Therefore, it is required for a leading individual to be aware of all aspects and be creative to solve problems in before reaching to a decision.Hence , introverts can be good leaders if they are calm and logical thinker.
In conclusion, while a number of people think introverts can not be a good leaders, a figurehead is incompetent if they lack qualities of reasoning and questioning.Because a leader is the one who can leads others by making rational decisions.
