Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Over recent decades, there have been loads of violent crimes which media widespread around the world. As a consequence, people get apprehensive and criminals get brave about committing crimes. I am entirely agree with this notion that mass media should be prohibited from criminal news.

First of all, crime is a serious and growing problem in most societies. In order to reduce crime accidents government and members of society have done a lot of actions. However, it is common at the present time to see people getting interested to crime situations due to impact of media. Newspapers and TV shows spread the recent news swiftly and people get more aware of violent crimes. Some people can be set out to find even more fascinating information as how and why crimes can be done, or it can make them get deteriorate or frightened. When people feel this dread and terror these will lead to government to collapse and lost trust from local people. In addition, entangled people with this big fear can create bizarre situations, for example: not going to work or travel to another country, do not let their children to participate any school events, walking alone and etc.

Ultimately, influence of private information of crime to the society can be harmful than we predict. Prohibiting entire mass media from these field, for now, impossible. Because, any government have not decided to restrict these area at all, but in some countries this problem under the control. If ministerial organs had accepted accurate laws about this issue, they would have eased people’s anxiety.

To sum up, governments must continue to research the various methods of crime information spread to reduce the apprehension of people.
