It is believe that few tradesmen who appear to provide sabbatical leave unpaid for their workers because they believe that this will benefit both the personal and the institution. Personally, I entirely disagree with this statement for some reason I will elaborate more below.
Perhaps, one major reason for drawback of this issue would be the fundamental breach of civil liberties which this policing activity involves. It seems that, we would not allow the police to search our homes entirely at random, or open our paper correspondence without reason, purely on the chance of finding something incriminating.
In addition to above, it might be said that Another counterargument is the extremely small number of convictions that actually stem from these methods, compared to the overall population. It appears to be true that the security services are most effective when responding to specific information or observation, rather than ‘trawling’ the entire population’s messages in the hope of detecting tiny numbers of criminals.
In conclusion, it seems that there are undeniable benefits by leave-subbatical unpaid it has substantial drawback. particularly the possibility of the worker losing interest indicating that the disadvantages may outweigh the advantages. Consequently, it is crucial to carefully consider the circumstances surrounding the approval of unpaid leave.
