In recent times, the number of people who are overweight is increasing more and more. One school of thought holds that the cost increase of fattening foods to tackle this issue. While I admit that rising unhealthy food costs have solved a part of this issue, I also want to argue that rising fattening foods isn’t enough and we should combine between solutions.
Admittedly, the price of fattening foods at higher cost helps people who choose foods which are good for health. Given that the human has felt fast food is more expensive, like sandwiches, sausages, or cakes, healthy foods will be more suitable with costs instead of buying fat-foods. As a result, people will buy unhealthy processed foods less and less.
However, this solution can not thoroughly solve this problem, the different solutions are indispensable. First and foremost, diet is a crucial method to reduce obesity. In order words, people need to follow a diet, and decrease the amount of fat rich foods for instance the high- cholesterol like cheese, or grease, and the sugar-rich. Leading people can decline their weight by healthy diet. Furthermore, working out is also a way better than increasing fattening foods to help people who are overweight. Through doing physical exercises such as doing gym, running, or working to create opportunities to take control of their weight.
In conclusion, I believe that the price increase of fattening foods as well as the various options should combine to handle weight effectively.
