In recent years, some people adapt meat-free lifestyle, and this trend gained popularity in terms of promoting healthy lifestyle and ethical awareness. In this forthcoming essay, I outline the driving forces to this vegetarian diet and prove why it is a considerable fruitful development and support with my examples.
There are two reasons why many people start to become vegan and avoid meat and dairy. Firstly, promoting animal welfare, many permissive people are motivated to abandon eating meat since the food industry shows cruelty towards animals to get a higher production. Thus, ethical sensitive people choose to adjust their diet for showing little morality for animals. For instance, British athletics and activities Hamton have turned vegetarian after watching documentaries about cruelty to animals agriculture. Additionally, another important factor to be vegan is seeking better health because consuming more meat-based production of food is leading to obesity, and overweight cause, it consists of high fat and also causes illness related to heart disease and diabetes.
From my perspective, this development leads to best results as preserving environment makes this trend commendable because livestock farming produces more greenhouse gases than a global transport system. Changing meat-based diet to a plant-based diet can radically reduce carbon dioxide emissions and also produce more oxygen. Furthermore, this trend also encourages enough food consumption for the future generations. Since there are concerns world population has been increasing and involving more food, therefore, consuming vegetarian diet is contributory to food will be available for everyone. For example, the World Food Production Assessment reported switching to plant-based diet could feed over 3.5 billion people globally, about half portion of population.
In my conclusion, growing number of vegan people either to protect animal or switching healthy lifestyle . I firmly believe this development bring many advantages for both humankind well-being and planet.
