Artist who really helps people to reduce their stressful life. But do they receive enough payback for their work? In current world, person who are in the cinema & other entertainment sector will not receive required remuneration and financial help from the central government is required. Hence this essay will discuss this more details.
During the last two decades, even though the income level of the people in Sri Lanka has increased, the price level of the good & services also went up, as a result purchasing power of the society slashed. This has directly impact to the several sectors in Sri Lanka, especially person who eared salaried based on their talent. If we take person who makes the art & gallery by using natural clay, even though he/she can sell their product to the market, the cost of material & other commodities prices is very high. Therefore, the profit margin or the take home salaries are very low. It will badly affect to their lifestyle. Hence the state should give certain type of assistant to them.
In addition to that the prevailing situation in the Srl lanka also has an unfavorable impact to the human in the field of entertainment. example, after the easter attract/COVID 19 pandemic, people gathering has reduced significantly. As a result, musical shows & other event organizers & artist has affected seriously. Therefore, survival of the artist & their loved ones has critical stage. To save these families, I believed that, governing personal of Sri Lanka should give some kind of grant to their families.
Finally, I think, person who governing the county should look after the artist & their families by giving financial assistant & other kind of facilities to promote their talent & productivity. The government can introduce new market to them for their product & services also a one kind of solution & further introducing law interest rate funding arrangement also a part of government responsibilities.
