Band 5+: Most high-level positions in companies are filled by men even though the workforce in many developed countries is more than 50 per cent female. Companies should be required to allocate a certain percentage of these positions to women. Do you agree?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

These days, female are connected with work more than 50 percent while most high-level positions in countries are booked by men. Companies should not be recuired to a certain percentage of these position to women because it neglects men capabilities as well as discourage them to join the job. Therefore, I totally disagree with this statement.

First and foremost, it should not be preferable if women get more priority than men in job sector only for gender variation. It makes men unpeasant. Workplace is a significant place for earn several types of knowedges. Men will unable to recognize their skills which would not be beneficial for national or multinational companies. Although, most high positions filed by men by their ability. If women get this benefits, men will loss their interest in job sectors which would be problematic for the global economy. For instance, somewhere in Nigeria, the government provides more benefit to women than men and as a result boys are now staying at home and do nothing. It is not a respectful way of living.

However, it should not be any specifics rule or percentage in workplace. Although, it encourages women to do job, comparatively it discourages men. Everyone can work in high-level positions if they have proper certificate as well as ability. As a result, it helps both of them. Company can gives women more security or good transport system to feel safer.

To conclude,I fully disagree with this statement because it would not be effective for entire world. Boys will face difficulties if they are prevented from being a well positioned employee in the company. Whereas, women should give more focus on their skills to become a successful employee in the company.
