First of all,we should figure out why people require an open-plan design.These days,all of the countries have been facing population growth so that constructors have to build houses which have narrow areas. That’s why new flats deteriorated.Moreover, when homeowners turn up houses, they are eager to relax but many flats are devised on a small scale so that people feel above the pressure and they may not be relaxed.Another reason is appearance. for instance, in my country, many people who have a store cut the column ındeed it is perilous since according to researchers about earthquakes said that these columns assist us during the earthquake as mountains.Definitely, appearance is not more crucial than our life.
On the other hand,some people believe that houses which is designed on a small scale is more suitable than other houses.If you don’t have lots of furniture and you inhabit alone,these houses may be convenient.In my opinion,open plan design is positive adjustment because ı don’t want living in a house as box.Many people have to gravitate towards these building because Construction companies aim to earn more by building more flats.
All in all, if we intend to use open plan design ,we must be careful not to cut of column due to earthquakes.Also, we shouldn’t evade this situation. Otherwise,indoubtedly deal with losing our building,our health and lifetime which inconcievable to resolve it.
