The importance of modern technology which has always been debatable has now become more controversial with many people claiming that its is beneficial while other rejects the notion. The substancial influence of the technology on the child’s mind has sparked the controversy over the potential impacts on their mental health in recent years. In my opinion, the latter proposition appears to be more rational. This essay will further elaborate my views for favouring the negative impact of this trend and thus will lead to logical conclusion.

Analysing the statement and exploring further, the first and foremost reason behind this is that these days, kids are involved too much in the gadgets which is leading to low attention spans. Another striking concern in regard to this is that not only their mental health is getting depreviated. But also, due to lack of physical activity signs of aging and cardiac health can been seen at very young age.

Probing ahead, one of the main underlying reason stems from the fact is that parents are having basic knowledge of the technology due to it’s rapid growth due to which at very young age kids get uncontrolled amount of access to internet. Morever, addiction to devices make it hard for the child to rationalise between family time and game time. Apart from the reason mentined above it can be clearly stated why many are against of this trend.

To recapitulate, according to the arguments aforementioned above, one can reach to conclusion that the effects of modern technology on child’s mind are indeed too dire to ignore.
