Nowadays, in numerous countries, women are employed in full-time positions. Consequently, it makes sense for men to divide household responsibilities with women. I firmly assert with perspective, as this approach will reduce one-sided exhaustion and strengthen relationship.
To begin with, when household tasks are taken up by men, it may provide women with an opportunity to rest. That is to say, they tend to do some of household chores, resulting in encouraging family members to do their own responsibilities, this prevents either party from feeling overburdened or neglected. For instance, in Sweden and Norway shared household tasks are often performed fairly between husband and wife such as cooking, washing and childcare. Therefore, this minimizes the mental and physical burden in each partner. Therefore, both might feel healthier and happier.
Furthermore, if household responsibilities have been distributed, it can develop meaningful connections with family members. As a result, by completing household chores together, they can spend more time in positive activities together, enhancing a comfortable environment such as dinner, sharing stories and playing outdoors. A notable example in the USA, the government provides a family vacation, where parents should offer affection to children, this can create a sense of harmonies and enhance familial bonds. Therefore, family members feel valued and supported. This approach fosters emotional closeness, reduces stress, and promotes a positive family environment.
In conclusion, full time employment is taken by women in many states. Thus, men and women are able to divide housework. I totally agree with this statement, as it can prevent fatigue and improve closeness.
