In the modern day, some individuals tend to migrate to other places to find the opportunities of employment, and they have to live far from their loved ones. From my perspective, despite the disadvantages it brings, the advantages of this trend far outweigh.
On the one hand, there are some drawbacks that people decide to move away from their besties to find occupations. To begin with, they may have some work in other cities or even other countries and live far from their family, which leads to a gap between family members in the family. Furthermore, if they leave their old parents and go to another place to live, their parents may not have anyone to take care of their health. In addition, making new friends or having a good relationship with new people is not really easy for them, especially for the adults. As a result, they will suffer from the isolation and loneliness and it can lead to sadness in a new environment.
On the other hand, this phenomenon would bring numerous idealistic benefits to employees. The relocation to a new place provides people a variety of opportunities to find work, which can reduce the proportion of unemployment. For instance, in the urban areas, it is more likely to get a rewarding and well-paid job that creates much more interest and engagement for workers, enhancing the quality and workforce of the country. Moreover, people can broaden their horizons about the new culture and traditions of the place that they move to, increasing residents’ knowledge about a country’s cultural heritage and maintaining its value.
In conclusion, although the problem of people moving somewhere to get jobs has some negative aspects, I believe that the benefits can easily outweigh the downsides.
