It is true that the managers and leaders todays are younger than in several years ago. There are some key factors leading to this issue and I believe that this is a positive development.
The younger age of many leaders and managers may originate from some main reasons. Firstly is due to the improvement of technology and internet. Presumably in this morden society when the people’s life has change, there are more and more talents appear, specially in leaders and managers. Although in the past most of team leaders are old people because they have sufficient knowledge, experience and competence for decision making, these days young people can also improve their strength at the young age. Youngsters can learn everything through the internet which has a variety of information. However in the past internet didn’t appear, therefore it may be hard for people to learn.
Moreover, teenagers todays are much more sociable and clever thanks to the lessons that older people inspiring them. They are endemically good at communication, cooperation and collaboration. Therefore they will have more opportunities to develop and gain an all-round development. In addition, this is an amazing development as there are more young talent who can contribute to the development of their country.
As a result, I think that there are several reasons for this positive and excellent development.
