Globalization has enabled people to work by moving to multiple regions of the world. This has benefited them and the companies they work by increasing their accessablity. However, one can argue that the children of these employees are strugling from this experience. Conversely, there are some individuals that think it is beneficial to them, and I agree with that statement.
Traveling often and not having a permanent place they live in can be challenging for kids. They will have a hard time making friends, and once they do, they will have to move again. As a result, they will not have a sense of belonging, which can lead to not having the ability to create a strong bond with others. Futhermore, the constant change in their environment will make it hard for them to focus as well as work on their interest for extended period of time. For instance, childeren that move a lot will have a hard time getting skilled at a sport they like, becasue everytime they go to new countries they have to play with new teams and in a different environment, so they will have to start over and adapt every time.
On the other hand, moving to different countries can enrich children with various cultures and experiences that no one at their age have access to. When they go to new region, kids will have a chance to learn the language and culture of the local people first hand, which will make them more knowlegable and well rounded person. They will also have a wider understanding of the world in addition to a diverse background of friends with unique perspectives. One example of this is that, children that travel a lot are more open minded and accepting of others with different background from them.
Therefore, I believe for the children the advantage of traveling out weighs its disadvantage, because despite them having problems with creating friends and adapting to new areas, they will have a more interesting life as well as a wider understanding of it, because they interact with a bigger collection of people compared to their contemporaries.
