These days fast food keep gaining its popularity among people all over the world. I agree with the statement that consuming a lot of processed food can lead to serious problems with our body and mental health.
The first reason why i agree with the people who have negative opinion towards eating too much fast food, is that it damages our physical health. The amount of fast carbohydrates in this kind of food has a huge negative impact on our blood pressure which raises our sugar level. For example, when we have a burger for breakfast, sugar level in our organism spikes and makes us crave unhealthy meals the whole day, eventually causing addiction and intolerance to regular food without artificial flavor and concentrated seasonings. That will lead to negative change in our body an skin in long term.
The second reason is our mentality suffers as well. We are what we eat. The concentration of unhealthy fats and preservatives makes our brain obscure and doesn’t allow to think straight. For instance, when we have meal that contains a large amount of fats in it, we immediately feel sleepy and our brain can’t function properly. Constant consumption of fast food will be the reason of irrevocable damage of our nervous system and brain cells.
In conclusion, I agree with the statement that consuming a lot of processed food can lead to serious problems with our body and mental health. Our body is a temple and we need to preserve it.
