parents are the most closest person of a child in the world. Because their relation with their own kid is about nine months older than others , when they see the light of the universe. No doubt that both father and mother play an inevitable role in child’s development. Still there is an ongoing debate on things like television or friends have most significant impact than parents on children’s progress. In this essay i will discuss from both perspective.
Firstly, in the case that parents have the most significant influence on the child’s progress, i think it is. Parents are the prime and first educator of any kid. So their involvement or relation with children should be friendly. If guardian are friendly with their children, then they feel comfortable with father as well as mother to share any problem or any kinds of feeling they feel. When this happen, children sees their parents as their best friend. Moreover, parents should never do comparison children’s with others as this tend to lead a harsh feeling for parents and others in their mind. In addition, each person’s thinking process should be changed with the time, If parents are not able to change themselves with the changing time then there will create a gap with their kids. So, i think that parents should try to understand to their children at the same time they should give time to their kids. so, This will results them in a positive development. Parents should also acknowledge their kids failure which will develop child’s thinking , problem- solving and failure handling skills. Children are always like to imitate. When parents are immersing themselves in good works such as helping others or thinks for others then their imagining , empathy and communicating skills also improved.
Secondly, i would not say that friend or television are not have any influence on children’s progress. By having good friends or peers they can learn good lesson and skills. After parents , friends take the places from where their mental developments growths. But the selection of friend is very crucial part because bad company can harm and take children in the wrong path. So parents should take participation in selecting friends. Television is also good as they broadcast a numerous program that give to enhance child’s practical skills and knowledge.
To sum up, i would reiterated that, all of them play a vital role but they vary in their ranking. Parents holds the first and then comes the friend’s role at last it come the television’s role.
