In today’s world, many face the dilemma of whether they should buy their own house or rent one. From my personal perspective, the opinion that possessing a house is more crucial could be explained for a couple of reasons and I agree with this idea that this trend is positive partly.
On the one hand, obviously, it is significant to point out the advantages of buying a shelter. To start with, people have a permanent house to live and work. To put it simply, they do not need to allocate time for looking for a bedsit or moving to new place compared to dwelling on a rented accommodation. In addition, owning a home is a precursor to money-saving. The renting price is increasingly higher, so it costs individuals amount of money when they pay monthly. As a result, in lieu of set aside money for that, individuals can use them to cover their basic needs.
Conversely, I believe that there are also a couple of merits leased houses offer to residents. First of all, the flexibility of locations is provided to everyone. People can change their bedsits without any reluctance. For instance, in order to dwindle the distance between the accommodation and the workplace, several employees make decision to move in appropriate area. Likewise, they are not affordable to buy their own home. A few postgraduates or young employees who get a low-paid jobs are struggling to generate a revenue, so it is difficult for them to allot money to an extortionate house.
In brief, it is clear that some would rather to own a home rather than rent one; however, I would like to approve of this idea partly for the reasons mentioned above.
