A recent survey by the BBC states that one can reach from Central London to Kent within 20 minutes by metro, while it takes around one hour and forty-five minutes via road to reach the destination. It can be seen that metros are comparatively faster than other means of commuting in the city. It will be the sole winner in traversing speed until another commuting system with a dedicated travel path is introduced.
In conclusion, metros are the fastest and easiest way of commuting in a city to avoid hectic traffic. Therefore, the best and convenient way of traveling within a metropolis is by metro. It is predicted that it will take years to develop more advanced means of transportation than the metro.
