A study points out that currently, businesses tend to put their training and meeting online. Personally, I strongly believe this trend has more benefits than its drawbacks because it helps reduce traffic accidents.
On the one hand, the main adverse effect of this method is that it is demanding. This is because to use it effectively, there are a range of requirements such as electronic devices to connect between employees and a strong network bandwidth to prevent the course from disruption. When individuals do not possess these stuffs, consequently, they can not comprehend the training deeply, and also can not teamwork with others well in the meeting. For example, a survey implemented in Vietnamese companies indicates that almost all staff found out it is extremely difficult to understand the online training provided by their companies. Since, the primary reason is that employees do not meet the demands in terms of sufficient items and a strong network bandwidth.
On the other hand, despite the detrimental impacts when business provide their training and meeting online, I still assert it will be more beneficial, should this measure is popularized. Since, it can mitigate the risks of accidents. Because, citizens can work in their houses instead of spending a great deal of time traveling to work. As a result, there are fewer vehicles in the roads, thus this will definitely lessen the traffic incidents. Since, Chinese staff can join an online training or a meeting at home.
In conclusion, it is of no doubt that using the posting training and meeting is hard to be effective because it is demanding. However, I firmly believe it is more advantageous, since traffic accidents can decline.
