Competent people are always desired by developed countries. However, there is a contention over, whether prosperous countries should provide occupational opportunities for cream of the crop or not. I firlmy agree with the idea because it would prevent the waste of qualified minds and lead to a win-win situation.
It is an undeniable fact that underdeveloped countries are incapable of providing suitable job areas to their capable and knowledgable workers. As a consequence, as time goes by, numerous qualified employees lost both their passion and talents. Under these circumstances, the situation of immigration to developed counties gets rid of all ethical dilemmas. For instance, the company of Google which is known one of the most eminent technology companies in the world preserve its dominance in the market by leveraging thousands of skilled software engineers who presumably would not find jobs that they deserve from India.
Providing employment opportunities to superior workers from impoverished countries is not only beneficial for individuals but also countries themselves. Owing to statement of gratefulness by people who had given a chance to get better life conditions, people try to do their upmost in their works. Therefore, marked improvments are felt in the field they landed in. For example, Prof. Dr. Aziz Sancar who has a Nobel Prize, has made invaluable contributions in realm of biology so far. Hence, the USA which had provided a job to him, tapped into his discoveries to produce new medicines.
In conclusion, developed countries should endeavor to increase the quantity of jobs offered to people proficient individuals, as this circumstance leads to mutual benefits for both countries and individuals, as well as the situation helps to head off to vanish valuable talent.
