Some argue that fortunate countries are supposed to provide employment for the talented professionals from other countries. I totally agree to this opinion as it is the shared responsibilty of each individuals to help each other and make this world a better place to live. Both the countries can benefit from this idea as the rich countries may have money but may not have enough skilled workers, while the poor countries may have enough resources but may not have enough employment opportunities.
Firstly, studies show that there are several prosperous countries with millions of unfilled employment vaccancies due to the lack of skilled workers and less population. These types of countries can utilize the skills of people from the poor countries where they lack employment. Their valuable skills will defenitely contribute to the further economical and social progress of the rich country. For example, nowadays europen countries like Australia, New Zealand, and UK hire thousands of skilled workers from poor countries as they are willing for migraion which undoubtedly helps for the development of these countries.
Secondly, migrating to a country with great economy and employment opportunities is a real dream of many individuals from the poor counties. There are millions of highly skilled employees in various poor countries who could not get a job due to the poor economy of their home country or the lack of employment opportunities. When prosperous countries invite them to fill their open job positions, it helps to attain their financial needs as well as living standards of their whole familes and relatives. Furthermore, surveys show that most poeple from poor countires unitedly agree that getting an opportunity to migrate to a rich country is a dream in their life.
In conclusion, I strongly agree to the idea of fortunate countries be willing to hire international skilled workers from countries with poor economic conditions, as it helps the enomical growth and advancements of both the countries and their citizens.
