In today’s world, competent workers are desired by every country. However, there is an ongoing debate about whether wealthy countries should tap into developing countries’ skilled and knowledgeable human capital. I firmly agree with the notion that occupational opportunities should be provided to skilled workers because that circumstance creates a win-win situation in terms of both developed countries and high-skilled individuals.

Job opportunities that are provided by high-welfare countries to talented people bring along advantages in a multitude of ways. Firstly, that situation prevents the squandering of valuable minds. More specifically, it is an undeniable fact that third-world countries struggle to offer convenient jobs to their ingenious individuals. Therefore, as time goes by, people, who could make great contributions to humankind under suitable circumstances, inevitably lose their passion, desire, and capability. A compelling example to consider is the case of Alber Einstein, who is acknowledged by scientific consensus as the most intelligent physicist in history ever. Unless a job had not been offered to him in the United States, he would have faced serious challenges in his homeland. Consequently, humankind would deprived of his invaluable ground-shaking discoveries.

Secondly, allocating a job reserve for skilled employees is not only beneficial for individuals but also for developed countries themselves. It is because brain drain recipient countries replace skilled workers in pivotal fields for development. For instance, in the United States one of the most developed countries in the world, numerous skilled migrants have integrated into various critical areas ranging from universities to health systems.

In conclusion, developed countries should aim to provide more employment areas for high-skilled workers to pave the way for maintainin their prosperity stage in the future, as well as to hinder the waste of valuable minds.
