Nowadays, people are becoming more conscientious about genetical disease because of their enormous outbreak. There are those who believe that human embryos chosen for upcoming research on medicine by genetic engineers for eradicate hereditary disease.While other argues that it can increase deep ethical, social, and natural concerns. In my opinion, I agree with the first view. In this essay, I will discuss both views and explain my perspective.
There are many reasons why people think that studying human embryos can lead to lot of negative aspects.one possible reason is social anxiety. Some individuals are keen to preserve family planning naturally. They believe professional interruptions can disrupt their actual family planning . Moreover in current society, they still have some superstitions about child birth. They believe that ethical information is crucial rather than scientific one. For instance, in Philippines, some local rural residents still believe childbirth is a natural process, and they should pray for there child well being to god not any doctor . For that reason, some individuals have unnecessary fear to encounter with professionals .
On the other hand, people who are worried about ancestral health issues think upcoming research should involve human embryos for protecting humanity. Some genetic researchers from Japan conducted a study based on hereditary disease, assumed that North Asian ancestors had a sedentary lifestyle and unbalanced diet as a result embryos were not able to developed quintessentially. For that reason there currenr generation facing several diseases, for example, malnutrition, obesity, and cognitive disease. Furthermore, sometimes women experienced miscarriages due to their deterioration health condition and that leads to approximately 400 immature embroys death of a year. For all of that crisis, gynecologists and genetic engineers start to organize some vaccination programs to raise life expectancy rate. They point out some disease such as thalassemia as a degenerative disease. If they are not take any steps soon, humans will face major detrimental health issues. They prefer to start there research in primary stage of a life. In this way, humans can have a preventive healthcare and they can overlook any hereditary disease.
To conclude, although human genetics is a complicated and controversial topic, additionally there are many arguments that this process should grow naturally. However, I believe there is no other valuable option left for protect mankind from ancestral disease.
