It is argued that transportation by air should be restricted to minimalize the impact it has on the environment. However, others believe the benefits of international travel outweigh the environmental consequences. This trend comes with a variety of challanegs, like mindlessly exposing the human body to lung related diseases via gas and fuel emissions. Despite that, I believe that travelling by air is a much more convenient option for the society for a wide range of reasons, such as the simplicity of travelling by air and the future opportunities of improving air travel ways that won’t negatively affect our lives.
To begin, air transportation options such as planes and helicopters, are frequently powered by fuel. The emissions of chemicals in the air can cause severe long term consequences that have the opportunity to become irreversible. For instance, the oxygen we breathe becomes crucially polluted, having a tremendous impact on our respiratory system. By introducing our bodies with a wide range of illness including lung cancer or troubles with breathing, it puts our life at major risk.
But regardless of how harmful air transportation may seem, I believe that relocation by plane, is one of the most convenient options we have today. Travel by air is rather fast, and is accessible to almost everybody. Humans are able to be in a foreign continent in a matter of hours, wihtout any additional efforts or fees. Neverhteless, the human race is developing further day by day. The chances of airways switching to planes and helicopters powered by electricity or solar panels increases, due to new, possible scientific discoveries. In consequence of that, the possibility of decreasing the risks of air travel becomes more clear.
To conclude, both sides of this argument have their ups and downs. Like air travel putting our organisms in danger due to toxic chemicals. But in spite of the challanges presented, I strongly believe that air travel is easily accessible, and holds a huge possibly of switching to ecology friendly options.
