Band 4+: Some argue that teachers should focus on academics more than motivating students.

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

There are opinions that teachers have to concentrate on giving academic knowledge to children rather than motivate them. I totally disagree with this view and I think that motivation and student’s incentive play bigger role in his future success.

We must understant that is important to make qualitative result. So to get it we need children that have a desire to learn something and to be a professional in their work. Here most important role aim to teacher and motivation given to student.

As we know, kids nowadays very sensitive. In addition, term such “burnout” gradually raise it’s popularity. So, in my opinion if teachers would not spend time with student talking to him and pushin him forward he can just lose his interes to the study. In this case we get two options. First, student will lose big amount of time to return to the mote. Second, student can just not return it at all.

So, my point was that it’s very important to focus on motivation of student. Because every teacher want to his student get high results. But there would not be high and qualitative results without your words of motivation to student.
