Nowadays, whether environmental issues should be managed by a global organization or by individual national governments is one of the most debated topics in society. I strongly agree with this view, since ecological problems do not respect borders of nations, they should be handled by a single international organization with one member from each country.
Firstly, many environmental problems, such as climate change and pollution are global problems and affect everyone. For example, greenhouse gas emissions that started only in one country can affect the whole planet. If countries work individually to solve it, their efforts may be less effective. So in that case a global organization can set common targets and solve this problem working together. This would improve the effectiveness of work.
Secondly, handling environmental issues at a global range can stop conflicts between countries. For example, natural resources are usually shared by multiple countries, which may cause disagreement. So, a global organization can create fair rules and resources would have been used equally.
In conclusion, I believe that environmental problems should be controlled by a global organization. Because these issues affect the whole world, countries need to work together to find effective solutions.
