In recent days, while some children view sports as a serious goal and strive for professional development, others do sports just for fill their free time. In my opinion, this is a positive development for their personal growth and also it encourages healthy lifestyles among children.
Firstly, sports are one of the important things in daily life. It has so many benefits for humans, especially for children who are in their growing years. Physical activity reduces health problems such as bad posture, stress and obesity, which are most likely seen in children. Kids who play sports healthier than others. Sports are their life pattern, they will not give up their habits because they have some goals for their future about sports. Due to this, their bodies and brains soundness. Youths who play sports for fun are better than who do nothing. But there are some issues for them. For example, when they grow up, their free time would be limited or maybe they will be sick of doing physical activites and instead of that they play computer games. This causes obesity because kids just sit in front of the screen and play for so much times without any movements.
Moreover, when children take sports seriously, they develop essential life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and resilience. These skills important not only for sports but also for personal and academic life. In addition, they learn problem-solving, leadership, and time management, which is crucial for their future. For instance, when children take on leadership roles in team sports, they develop self-esteem and learn to make quick decisions during games.
In conclusion, both ways of doing sports are beneficial to younger generations for their present and future. With enough activities their bodies and brains will be healthier. If they do not stop doing sports they can see differences in daily life.
