In some cities, the design and construction of houses and offices is not carefully controlled. I consider this a positive phenomenon because it allows people to decide for themselves how to equip their homes or workspaces. Thanks to this approach, everyone can realize their ideas and preferences without the intervention of external bodies, which contributes to the creation of unique and individual interiors.

Despite the many disadvantages associated with controlling the design and construction of houses and offices, there are several significant advantages. One of these advantages is that due to the control, the offices and houses of local residents will have the same structure and appearance. This contributes to the creation of a harmonious and uniform appearance of cities, as well as ensures that buildings comply with certain quality and safety standards.

The disadvantage is that people may lose interest in building their own homes and offices. This may lead to the fact that they will not be completely satisfied with the design of their homes and workplaces. As a result, they may refuse to invest in the development of these cities. The lack of individuality and the ability to realize personal preferences can reduce their enthusiasm and desire to invest in projects that do not meet their vision and requirements. This may negatively affect the economic growth and attractiveness of these cities for investors.

In conclusion, it can be said that if people do not show interest in investing their money in urban development, this indicates that the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.
