In recent years, working hours for employees has been restricted in few nations by implementing a law. This development has arisen a debate whether it is a positive or negative approach, I firmly believe that it is a positive development. The reasons behind introducing such law is elaborated in following paragraph.

The major reason of this law to limit the working hours is positive implement in many ways. First and foremost, it will balance individuals work-life, working for long hours not only increase a stress, anxiety and many phycological problems but also affect a personal and social life. So, limiting workloads can solve these issues. Additionally, quality over quantity will increase in work.Individuals will perform better and creative in healthier work environment because the stress ofbeing worked in limited time has been decreased. For example, multi-national companies in Canada and USA have limited their working hour up to 20 hours a week in order to maintain personal and professional life of individuals.

Another reason is that employment ratio of the country will increase. In earlier days, individual tends to work for 16 hours/day but after limiting working hour companies will need to heir more employees to complete their work, so eventually this will decrease the poverty. Furthermore, workload will get divide among the employees, which can be beneficial for not only of their physical health but also for mental health. For instance, happy index of the people gradually increases, when they have goof work-life balance.

To conclude, limiting working hours can offer a significant advancement by maintaining work-lifebalance, which will improve mental and physical health and also surge up the productivity of the companies in work. Therefore, I believe that restricting working hours can be a positive development because of reasons stated above. However, government should prioritize these laws to the community.
