Ir si widely belive that many countries have constituted rules to restrict working hours for jobs holder. In my point of view it is due to employer interest they take care of workers so that they fell relax and make more opportunities.

Nowadays, people lead busy life mostly countries decrease the working hours so that they spend more time with their friends and family member. In addition , they feel more relax . The other benefit of this is that if someone intented to learn new skill so they can easily do it.

In contrast, mostly countries want to that worker focus their job better. If they limit the number of hours which assist him to focus pecise on their task. Moreover, it build task achievement due to providing more relax environment. one of the crucial advantages of it that they also continue their other habit. For instance, mostly employers attained job very early and have less degree, but they also wish to continue their higher due to busy time of there work they cannot do it. If employees spent less time on their duty they will also attain it.

Its also create job opportunities. If company have lot of work , but due to less time the workers are not easy to complete in time, due to that reason company hire more employers for job. in addition, country economy also develop .
