While some proponents opine that students should concentrate on specific topics at a young age, opponents and I argue otherwise. I agree that studying a wide range of subjects has numerous advantages that they can benefit now and in the long term.
On the one hand, it could be thought that specializing in one field will reduce distraction on students and help the master their majors. This means that if teenagers focus on a specific subject, they will be able to unlock many opportunities and become qualified to get an awarding job in a prestigious company For instance, many fresh graduates become overwhelmed and worried about finding a thriving job because they did not determine which field they need to pursue. Thus, what can be said is that concentrating on a definitive measure will save time and will guarantee a good paid occupation.
On the other hand, some experts and I hold the view that comprehensive education provides numerous unexpected benefits. In other words, when individuals deal with several subjects, they will gain much knowledge and be able to choose which major suits them. To illustrate, if one studied math only without focusing on other subjects such as English therefore, he will calculate easily but not be able to deal with the foreigners. Hence, not only does studying a wide range forces them to make effort to meet the basis of many topic, but it also provides chance for them to determine what they need.
In conclusion, after this essay has manifested the points mentioned above, it can be reiterated that choosing to research a wide range would help people not waste too much of their years to determine the suitable major.
I am convinced that it is a great thing if a person knows what they like and chooses that thing to study intensively.
