Some people feel that producing food most be enough for that is eaten in their country ,while others believe that government must make more food and export to foreign country .I somewhat disagree with this opinion because if country has major space they must use from it as an advantage .In addition it, country land affects produce food .However ,If government have no better area for plant or land in the way ,they have one chance and that is import goods as need as possible.
The most important consideration is the fact that country should use from all way to take profit and include here produce food as able as possible .If the government want people live in the country convenient in that case, they must emulate food and goods then they should sell what emulated. It will help to country increase their own capital .It is not that much simple too many things can impact this period for example ,soil must be fit for what will emulate and the form of the relief.
Another example, the climate of the middle of the Africa too hot and surface is useless for produce food and it shows clear significance of the land and relief.
According my all examples and references, if country does not have fit conditions for produce food their last way is import food from foreign as need as possible.
In conclusion, country has responsibility toward to citizen. If country has badland they must transform land and turn it to fertile land .If they cannot afford foods for their own people they should import food as need as possible.
