Prisoners are also human being. Some individuals think that penalty should emphasis on restoration rather than having long lock-up period. But others do not. This essay discusses both sides, and I strongly believe that rehabilitation process let people understand their mistake.
To commence, any one is not a guilty as a kindergarten. Most people become a convict due to social guilt. If any younger did a mistake, he was cornered by surrounding crowd. Therefore, he inspires to do a lot of corruptions. This is the way that criminals emerge to the society. Thus, this kind of person should go through the process of restructuring. It will give some time to adjust their life in to a new green pasture. At the same time, if some innocent individual happens to be a violator, and he is punished in the jail for long time, he might hate to everyone. Not only that after his releasement, he will become a criminal that cannot be controlled by the authorities. Resent research founds that, eighty percent of victims are middle class guilt-free individuals who was named as prisoner. To avoiding them to be an antisocial person, imprisonment for long time is getting inappropriate.
Some critics may point out that, being lock-up is most preferable solution for the offenders. At the same time, they argue that untrustworthy persons cannot be rehabilitated. Not only that they do not give easiest way to find more money in order to have lavish life. For example, Drug dealers do their offensive even though they are in the prison cell. These the major cause for social breakdown and over the time it might get worst.
In conclusion, I strongly accept that human brain can understand the difference between good and bad. But it needs some time to change their mindset. Meanwhile, these corrupters are given hard mishandling rather than having restoration time, it would be unhealthy for the country.
