In many cities, old buildings are demolished to make way for new housing and offices. It has positive and negative impacts on our daily lives. my opinion will be discussed in the following paragraphs with a logical conclusion.
Old buildings show the history of a city. Some old buildings have unique and beautiful structures. Many people enjoy visiting old buildings as tourists. On the other hand, old buildings can help us understand past cultures. Nowadays, many old buildings are known as tourist places. Most people visit these areas. Moreover, the government earns revenue from these tourist spot buildings. Because of these reasons, in my opinion, we should not destroy our old buildings. If we demolish these old buildings, we will lose our cultural heritage.
At present, population growth increases day by day. For this reason, we need more space. Another significant point is that we need more agricultural areas because of the high food production required for a large population. Therefore, we break old buildings and establish new ones due to these reasons. However, everybody should respect our cultural heritage.
In conclusion, the government should preserve these buildings. Last but not least, both sides have negative and positive consequences in our daily lives.
