Few individuals suggest death punishment for people, who commit inhuman crimes. In contrast, others say that death penalty should not be admissible in the administrative community.
The offences, which are inhuman will significantly are decrease, if the administration of the nation announces death penalty. public will feel more safe and secure in their neighbourhoods, offices, schools, colleges, and malls. There will exist a sense of fear among criminals before attempting a murder, rape or attack. This will control crime rates. The major drawback of implementing this punishment is that it is irreversible, and it will be an unfair thing, if an innocent is punished, due to the mistake of investigating officers.
In my opinion, capital punishment Should be implemented by the government for brutal and harsh acts such as rapes, murders, and attacks which are unforgivable. If such gangsters are kept alive, and are free to live in our society, then there will be a compromise done with safety of society. For example, the most wanted criminal of Pune, was released after imprisonment. As soon as, he was released, he murdered two officers who arrested him. The families of both the officers were broken down into pieces after receiving such dreadful news. Therefore, the jury must impose strict rules, so that these criminals do not reattempt more serious crimes.
In conclusion, I would say that even if judicial death has a tiny drawback, it should be imposed on brutal crimes to maintain the safety and security of people of the nation.
