The industry usually replaces their employees periodically in most places. Some places in the industry will never be replaced, which creates a lack of opportunity for young inexperienced workers.
Those who agree with the point that the industry should replace its experienced with young yet inexperienced individuals have some reasons to support their point of view. Young people often have more power and they can learn a lot of things quickly like new skills and new tools to use. Also, they can do more than experienced people, young people can work more than 8 hours a day and sometimes can go anywhere to do meetings even outside the workplace.
However, those who disagree with the point mentioned above have their own reasons as well, such as experienced people are very important because they have skills that can’t be taught, and they know their job very well due to the years of working. They know how to deal with everyone, and how to work in any difficult situation. Some jobs require less physical effort and more mental power which makes them perfect for these kinds of jobs.
As far as I am concerned, I personally believe that young people can do a lot more than older people, young workers can learn quickly and gain the knowledge to provide better outcomes so we need to give them a chance.
