There is ongoing debate about whether planting trees in places without buildings of towns and cities or providing more accomodations in these lands. This essay will discuss both views before presenting my perspective, which toward to the former opinion.
On the one hand, trees play a extremely role in improving citizen’s life standards. That can be explained by the fact that trees can clean the air by obsorve the CO2 and release OXY, making our enviroment more green. For example, developed cities in VIetnam such as Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh release a huge amount of toxic air into the environment, which can only be retricted by plant more trees. Second, green trees also make the views of cities become beautiful. The reason is that plants always provide a feeling that can connect with natural, making the views of cities more green and close to human. For example, Haiphong city is a symbol of red flowers, which can attract lot of tourists. As the result, trees not only bring us a clean breath but also provide us a subtaintial income.
On the otehr hand, building more houses in empty lands will help address living places problems. One possible explaination is that more houses means the prices of houses will cheaper, which is a most current concern in many big cities. For example, many apartments were built from 2020 to 2026 in Hanoi city to help people with low incentives have housing. As a result, many family can improve their living standards. Second, building more houses also increase the national funds. The reason is that the owners of these houses have to pay taxes and by insurances for their houses, providing the massive money for the government.
In conclusion, both viewpoints have own advantages and disadvantages. In my opinion, I argue that the authorities should invest in plating more trees not only for own life, but also for the future generations.
