There is no denying that hands free – operations and machine learning has sparked significantly in this modern era. Few individuals opine that automation, and artificial intelligence will enhance more job opportunity while others thinks that it will lead to widespread the unemployment. I will discuss both views in the upcoming paragraph with my own opinion.
On the one hand, no doubt mechanism and AI will help more productivity and growth in various fields such as manufacturing and healthcare. In this way worker can focus on more complex and creativity responsibility which can lead to the expansion of business. For example, in healthcare sector data-driver intelligence can assist in diagnostics as well as take care of the patient with the productive manner. Thus, automatic operation and smart technology will be beneficial in future for the betterment of society according to the few people.
On the other hand, systemization and cognitive computing will lead to the losses of job opportunity among the individuals. The prominent reason is skills gap. if latest technology take places on the place of human beings then individuals will do not have no other work to do which can lead them difficulty to survive in the modern world because of new situations. To cite an example, truck drivers have to learn latest system which can take a long time for them to learn in order to continue their work. Hence, it will have an negative impact on society as well.
To conclude I believe that smart technology and hand – free operation will be helpful to learn a new things and it also rise the expansion of business but on the opposite cannot be ignored also such as job displacement and skills gap.
