Some individuals argue that capital punishment should not be used .while others, argue that allowed for the most serious crimes in this case. This essay will discuss both views before presenting my own opinion.
Firstly, Nowadays we can see numerous crimes level increased. looking at the news paper or news in Tv we can see discussing in that topic news. Such as murder or acts of terrorism. Furthermore, looking at the sri lanka society issues we can see child abuse and abuse of women have increased. Specially India, that situation we can give attention. I recently saw a news story in sir lank, A medical student is abused while going from the hospital to hostel. It’s very uncommittable situation in modern generation in sri lanka. Whereas, we can see both youthful generation consume to the drugs. Both adults engage with drugs . that is very bad situation. To minimize this situation, many people say that the death penalty should be given to those who commit crime.
On the other hand, Many people are of the opinion that people who make mistakes should not be given the death penalty, even if they are punished.
Finally, my opinion, all propel can doing mistakes. All countries have rules .I think crime case handle the justice systems. we can give attention how to minimize crime case. They can be referred to rehabilitation centers. We can conducting programs such as meditation to maintain good mental health for those in prisons.
