People split into half when it comes to capital punishment. As some believe that it should be banned since killing others will not solve the case, However others are strongly fighting against that, Because in their beliefs, if killing someone doesn’t have a huge punishment then the governoment is facilitating crimes.
On one side of the story, capital punishment is definitely a fair rule. All humans have the right to live safely and if one person chooses to kill an innocent soul for nothing, then this person should be sentenced to death. Family is the most precious thing in everyone’s life and losing one member of them could ruin their whole lives and that should be a strong reason to agree with the capital punishment. To shout out to the entire world, that murdering people isn’t a choice and make criminals afraid of even thinking twice about harming anyone.
On the other side of the story, accidents happens to all of us and having a rule as capital punisment should not be used. Despite, that no one should consider hurting others, but still this rule should not be allowed. This group stand with idea that there are multiple of methods to discipline criminals and make them obey the rules, For example spend the rest of their lives in prison or doing work for the local community. To sum up their thoughts, from their point of view second chances are meant for everyone and all humans make mistakes and we need to support people to improve themselves and become better people by forgiving and forgetting their dark past and help them move on from their old personalities. Because no one was birthed with evilness.
In conclusion, both views of the story have valid explanations according to them having different backgrounds. Although, i firmly believe that capital punishment is a great choice as everyone must be responsible to handle the consequences of their actions, specifically if their actions could steal happiness from others.
